Can you ask the employees to stop turning off the “OPEN” sign before you actually close or of you close before 10pm, update the website??Barrett Parkway location. They were doing it BEFORE Covid.

Willy’s is an exceptional Mexican restaurant with friendly staff at every location I’ve been to (5 different locations in total). I’d like to give a specific mention to Steve at this location, he always goes above and beyond to make sure your food and experience is excellent in every way. I can not recommend Willy’s enough if you’re looking for quality food with incredible staff while still having competitive prices. Definitely stop by!

Meal was worth the trip, second only to the service!I went to this location with a coupon from Willy’s Corporate, which did not include this location. Mr Steve, Mgr, was so kind to honor this coupon, when he didn’t have to. Thank You!!! Mr Steve!!The Willy Philly Burrito was better than I could have imagined!!!! As a Level 1 ER Trauma RN at Grady Memorial Hospital I need something really special to lighten up my shift in the middle of the night! My job is very stressful. This particular night was made much better with this burrito.Mr. Steve thank you so much for all you do for the community!

The employees on this shift (7/23/20 @ 4pm) were AWESOME!! They made my steak bowl with so much care so when I tell you that bowl was banging...IT WAS B.A.N.G.I.N.G!!🤤 If I lived in Kennesaw, then this location would be "my spot" but I sadly live 45 minutes south.

Today was a great day at Willy’s!!! I stop eating from this place a few months ago becuz of very poor customer service. But today was a different ballgame, idk if it was the NEW WILLY PHILLY BURRITO or the manager that was in shift but I’m putting Willy’s back on my weekly schedule!

Out of second chances to give this place. First time, I (an adult) ordered a cheese quesadilla and was given a tiny kid's meal quesadilla... Didn't even verify or ask what size? This time, my boyfriend ordered a Frito burrito and I said "I'll have the same as him" but asked for beef instead of chicken. I ended up with a burrito that had beef but no Fritos, and when I went the counter the lady asked if I wanted a bag of Fritos to put on it...? Don't know who trained them to suggest that but... Big ole nope.

Amazing staff and always a great and welcoming experience at all hours when open even around closing time always welcoming and very polite.

Ive been coming to this location for over a decade. The new manger, Steve is by far the best. He provides amazing customer service and makes sure that my order is processed quickly

I always get the nachos and they were on point. I feel like they skimp you ok n the toppings but they are pretty good for the most part.

Willys never disappoints. I've been visiting this location for easily twelve years and it's always top notch. Staff are always friendly and relaxed.

We almost stopped coming to this location a couple years back, but this new team won our tastebuds and our hearts over again! We enjoy stopping by in the evening to grab dinner and this team always delivers!! The keep jovial spirits and move a line like it’s no problem. The boys on the line hustle and are quick to fulfill any of our crazy requests. The cashiers... oh I haven’t laughed so hard. Lexi, Catherine, and Aleecia always have a smile on their face and a joke to keep us rolling. Even if we didn’t love the food I’d come back just for them. We were coming to this location back when Jordan was on the line. Wanted to give him shoutout because he is rocking it as a manager now!!! This location will continue to be our favorite. It was great! Was the perfect place to stop for a quick lunch.

I felt like there was a lack of communication with the staff. The quesadilla that I ordered was poorly cut and cold. The sauces tasted odd. I will go to the Willy's on Chastain next time.

Absolutely delicious! Food was cooked to perfection and in a timely manner . They have a very friendly staff. The restaurant was also very clean . Definitely would be visiting again ! 5 STARS

I love Willy's. Local chain much better than Moe's or Chipotle. Get the steak nachos...You will not regret it.

My favorite dish is the veggie burrito bowl. You just have it filled to the brim with the wide variety of vegetables. You can add guacamole at no extra charge (veggie only).

I give them 5 stars for the great service and the great food they have. The menu is easy to understand. Order at the counter and watch them prepare your food. Plenty of things to go on what ever it is you order.

I have to admit that I like Willies. It is very tasty. However on this visit the person building our nachos severely short changed my wife because they assumed her nachos went with the to go order before us and threw it in a box. Because he wasn't paying attention she went on a 15-minute tirade and the nachos got cold and it was overall not a good visit. So if you go to Willie's pointedly tell your server whether you are to go or not or else you're going to get screwed over

I noticed the guys that usually sweeps and wipe tables handling the food without gloves after cleaning. I spoke to the manager and she said she would address it, but a few minutes later I saw the guys repeating the same ungloved act. He’s just nasty!!!!! I called corporate twice and they have yet to return my call. Taking pictures and videos next time. Sometimes that’s the only way to get attention!!!!

Missing parts of my take out order. Check it prior to leaving the store! Also the new ground beef is extremely spicy. My kids were not able to eat their quesadilla and my husband who likes spicy food was shocked by just how spicy his beef burrito was. Again their was zero mention of the spice level on the menu or website description as there was with the other meats that had spice.

The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff was very friendly. Great experience . I'll be back . Highly recommend!

Went for dinner and got the Fritos burrito. This Fritos burrito was the best I've ever gotten at a Willy's location. Caylee made my burrito and Lexi rang me up. They were both extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure my experience was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back to this location and will make sure to recommend this location to everyone I know!

Because you have an impolyee there who come out and clean the long without gloves and then go behind the counter to cook and serve coustermer food without gloves.

The best customer service we have had in a Willy's. The food was fresh and delicious as you can see on the pictures. When the server was making our burrito they asked if we wanted the peppers as a topping. At other Willy's we visited, we had to ask for it. Also, the workers were smiling and having conversations with the customers. A real home feeling place!

The experience here was great; the food was fresh and the manager, Steve, provided nice customer service. I definitely look forward to dining here again!

Consistent quality and the staff is really nice

Willy's food is fresh and delicious. My only feedback is the fact that their servers are inconsistent with the portions they serve. Other than that, this is a great place to dine if you want fresh, delicious, relatively inexpensive food to eat.

I ordered a pick up order online for an adobe chicken burrito, chips, and cheese dip. When I arrived in the store I was greeted by the Store Manager who was very nice and friendly. My food was ready on time and was exactly as ordered. I will be back!

Very tasty and fresh food! Portion is a bit smaller and slightly more expensive than Chipotle but does come with chips and salsa. Spicy chicken was well seasoned!

Willy's is a great burrito joint with sizes that will always leave you full. A coworker swung by to grab me lunch but didnt quite know what I wanted. He left it up to the discretion of the burritosmith (its totally a real term) who made me a Mr. Tibbs Special. I have no idea who Mr. Tibbs is but that was one mighty fine burrito.

I went during a slower time. 8.17.17, 8:30 ish after dark, coming off the mountain. Clean then. And my Chipotle Pork Nachos fully loaded, was the bomb. Took half of it home in a nice, *card-board* box of high quality. Utensils are sturdy, first rate. So good you can re-use if so eco-inclined. Salsa bar always fresh, always lime AND lemons available. For 10 bux what more could anyone reasonably expect? 10 bux because I ordered extra small guac. Was not needed, it came with plenty as is, there's a tip bucket at register.

I love going to this place! The staff are always friendly and work hard. My favorite going to eat here are the nachos. Whatever that salsa stuff that is in the bottles makes them so much better!

My review is geared to the Female Manager who was amazing to myself and my family. She went above and beyond to make sure our food and experience was excellent. Absolutely the BEST location I have been to !! Hands down! Staff was amazing! Especially kortney ( May have spelled it wrong sorry ) she’s always smiling! And very fast , food was fresh and taste great like always . highly recommend this location to anyone looking to go to Willy’s !

The best burrito I’ve ever had. The service from employee Nick was amazing and kind, hello and goodbye, and a really cool vibe. I hadn’t been to a Willy’s in a long time, but this experience will have me coming back soon for sure!
